In Germany, more than 150 hangars of this type have been built during the last 40 years. This very successful hangar combines like no other the advantages of individual parking spaces with low costs and very efficient land use. Their rotating floors turn every aircraft into door position within only a few seconds - without the necessity of relocating any other aircraft. ALTO carousel hangars are condensate free and offer a dry climate, especially important for the aircrafts’ avionic systems.
