THE ENGINE CALIBRATION FACILITY (ECF) IN MARKNESSE IS AN INDUSTRIAL CALIBRATION FACILITY OF WIND TUNNEL ENGINE SIMULATORS FOR THE LOW-SPEED AND HIGH SPEED DOMAIN.
