Mollart offers 4 and 8 spindle versions of the pellet die drilling machines capable of drilling holes from Ø1.5mm to Ø12mm to a depth of 150mm. Die capacity is between Ø500mm to Ø1,550mm and chip-to chip times can be as low as 3 seconds. The CNC control system allows spindle speed and feed rates and drilling depth to be controlled and monitored, and the special Mollart developed software ensures the maximum efficiency and protection for volume die production.
