Hydrant Dispensers built in accordance with JIG, NFPA and ATA 103. A modular concept was utilized for easy re-chassis in the future. The unit is constructed from all aluminum and stainless steel for longevity and reduced maintenance requirements. Safety features: •Proximity interlock system •Deck safety contact •Emergency fuel shutoff •Emergency deck down •Engine kill •Deadman timer •High DP shutdown •(2) manual rewind static reels •Surge suppressors and LED lighting •Inlet Coupler: 4’’ API pressure controlling coupler •Inlet Hose: Wrap around style with hydraulic easy-lift system •Pressure control: Air/Fuel or Fuel/Fuel per customer preference •Filter Vessel: Vessel rated to max flow rate in accordance with IP/EI 1583 6th edition-includes air eliminator, pressure relief, differential pressure, and spring-loaded drain valves •Side Reel: Single-wrap style with hydraulic or electric rewind – includes 2’’ x 65’ (50mm x 20 meter) fueling hose w/test certificate, underwing nozzle with HEPCV and heavy-duty shutoff valve. •Fueling Platform: Rear-mounted or mid-mounted with meter display, electronic Deadman handle, (2) 2 ½” x 11’ (64mm x 3.35 meter) fueling hoses with heavy-duty shutoff valves, (2) underwing fueling nozzles with HEPCV and holders •Main Control Panel: Includes pit inlet pressure, fueling pressure, hydraulic pressure, pneumatic pressure, Deadman override, air system pressure, interlock status, Millipore fittings, regulator and gauge test valves •Electrical System: 12vdc or 24vdc system with cab mounted control box
