In co-operation with a Dutch airline, we specially designed and developed a pair of shock absorbing aircraft wheel chocks, made of a special rubber compound which guarantees, under extreme circumstances, maximum grip on tarmac and concrete, this due to the ribbed surface. The wheel chocks are tested under the most extreme weather conditions and besides in the standard model also available in a heavy duty model, made of solid rubber. These models are very useful on aprons with a gradient of more than 3%. Standard delivery is in a clear yellow colour, but also available in red, green, blue or a combination. To avoid discussions with other companies or theft of the blocks, imprint of your company name / logo is possible. The wheel chocks are delivered with a pvc coated chain for easy carrying, do not require any maintenance, do not splinter, fits on nearly every wheel and can be used from -40° C – + 70° C. Wheel chocks Polyurethane The wheel chocks are resistant against deformation, do not rot or splinter and are compatible for aircraft fuels, ozone, UV radiation and oil. Through the triangle shape they are easy to use. The ribs gridlocked into underground, also on snow and ice. Usable from -40° C to + 70° C.
