Re-engineered to suit modern ergonomic concerns and requirements this machine is now the high-tec solution to all your manipulating problems. Completely failsafe and ergonomically friendly. The Russell Workhandler can be supplied as either a column floor mounted system, overhead mounted in a fixed position or gantry mounted onto overhead steelwork. It allows loads to be lifted and tilted with ease, they can be off set by as much as 500mm. This makes it ideal for such operations as machine tool loading, reaching into/under racking, lifting from enclosures, loading and unloading paint lines, loading presses etc. At all times the load is held perfectly level. The handler incorporates an auto weight sense pneumatic circuit which once the load has been lifted allows movement via gentle hand pressure on the component or the controls in any direction, up or down.
