The FormUp 350 Evolution machine is AddUp’s answer to larger L-PBF parts. The extractible build chamber reduces machine downtime while keeping powder under inert conditions. Based on the FormUp 350, it is 100 % compatible with standard parameters and the powerful AddUp Monitoring solution. Extractible Build Chamber Extractible build chamber: reduce downtime between productions, while maintaining inerting conditions to guarantee part’s quality and powder reuse. Reduced Inerting Times – Optimized production chamber sealing Autonomous Powder Module – developed exclusively for FormUp in partnership with AZO and provides all functions of automatic powder management. This includes a constant powder supply without interrupting production, regardless of the quantities produced. Bidirectional recoating system – reduces non-productive times by 40% faster powder spreading cycles than monodirectional spreading. Low maintenance – using a long-life smoke treatment module (filter replacement interval of more than one year) and Cross Jet technology prevents the soiling of the laser protection glass during manufacturing.
