Description

Conductor: From 30 thru 1/0. Stranded, solid, tinned or silver plated copper. Aerospace FEP Insulated wires are suitable for a wide range of applications where temperature and chemical suitability is a concern. Aerospace FEP can operate under temperatures of -80°C to 200°C and is inert to virtually all known chemicals. Insulation: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) Applications: Internal wiring for appliances and class 2 circuits. Wiring in back panel areas of electronic equipment such as computers, robotics and other industrial equipment. Some styles may be exposed to oil, gasoline, gasoline vapors and other chemicals. Temperature Marking Not Required For: 1) All AWM rated less than 90°C. 2) All AWG 20 or smaller single cond. 90°C or higher. 3) All AWM with an NEC designation. 4) On individual cond. of a cable with a printed jacket. Maximum Operating Temperature Rating: Tinned or Bare copper, Printing: Surface printing is optional All reels are tagged with the corresponding (UL) label.
