AN17LDC(F) Voltage Drop Compensator is designed for centralized power supply systems to compensate for cable voltage drops between power units and aircraft plugs, thereby improving output power factor. The device continuously monitors current and automatically inserts capacitive and inductive reactance in series with the output circuit to offset the inductive reactance of the output lines and minimize voltage drops caused by long cables.
