Description

The NuQuip® Model CV Series Check Valve is an in-line piston style valve offering a zero leak design for applications requiring working pressures up to 30,000 psi (2,068 bar). The check valve is built with a spring-tension mechanism and a low cracking pressure of 5 psi (0.3 bar). When the pressure drops below the cracking pressure limit, the spring will close the valve to prevent back-flow into the liquid stream. These check valves are constructed from precision-machined, heat-treated stainless steel. Temperature: - 32° F to 120° F (0° C to 49° C) Design: - Tight sealing, zero leak design Cracking Pressure: - 5 psi (0.3 bar) Port Style: - NPT, MS, HP, MP, Type M, Tube OD Seal Seals: - Multiple seal options (contact Airmo) Construction: - Precision-machined, heat-treated stainless steel Custom Options: - Custom designs considered APPLICATION The NuQuip® Model CV Series Check Valve is used in hydrostatic pressure systems to monitor the flow of liquids and prevent backflow in the opposite direction. The zero leak design prevents leaks from entering the system fluids.
