Having its EASA Type Certificate since spring 2020 is our AQUILA with a ROTAX 914 Turbo engine. A great advantage is the steady, high climbing rate, which can be reached that way. That the takeoff weight can be increased up to 800 kg is a nice side effect. We already made several tests with an AQUILA in the Alps and we were more than satisfied. In our A212GX Turbo the Touchscreen GARMIN G500 TXi is used. Additionally, the Engine Monitoring System MVP-50P including Annunciator Panel shows you everything going on at the engine.
