Airliner autopilot DFC110

Overview
The Avidyne DFC110 brings the precision, stability, and intuitive operation of the DFC autopilot family to Vantage-equipped Cirrus aircraft, with integrated VNAV capability. Built on the proven DFC90 platform, the DFC110 is an attitude-based digital autopilot that uses the aircraft’s all-digital air data and attitude/heading reference system to deliver smooth, stable, and accurate flight control. Compared to older rate-based systems, it reduces overshoots, hunting, and flutter during instrument procedures and in changing wind conditions.

Mode Awareness and Interface
Backlit controls indicate armed and engaged modes. Flight director and autopilot indications are shown directly on the flight displays for continuous mode awareness throughout all flight phases.
