The wide range of structural combinations available makes it possible to create a bespoke configuration based on the required production volumes. The technical features make the machine ideal for high speed machining of parts with complex 3D shapes in lightweight alloy, resin, or composite materials.
Total application flexibility
This machining centre meets a large number of market demands in terms of dynamics,
precision, and machinable volumes.
The pronounced modularity in terms of strokes, with Z axis from 1,000 mm to 2,500 mm, the
several combinations of heads and motor spindles, together with the many accessory
packages provided, allow Eagle to handle a wide range of machining processes in all sectors.
Breton Eagle can be equipped with dedicated technologies for specific sectors and materials such as ultrasonic cutting for composite materials, Accuthick for milling with automatic thickness monitoring and Accusink for riveting operations.
Significant dimensional modularity
Thanks to careful design, all versions of Eagle offer optimal performance that remains
constant through time. Elevated modularity makes it possible to virtually customise each
machine to match customer requirements. Vertical strokes are available from 1 metre up to
2.5 metres, with cross strokes from 2.5 to 5 metres. The guides support system allows
longitudinal travel on the columns of 12 metres and more, making it possible to meet specific
customer requirements.
Perfect for both wet and dry machining operations Eagle is designed for both wet and dry machining.
A series of safety systems was included to protect the most sensitive parts.
