Our Hughes 269/Schweizer 300 door glass transparencies, are manufactured by free blown methodology, which enables us to build a virtually optically perfect transparency for your helicopter door. Doors are available in light gray tint or clear. All doors are flat annealed, which allows the installer to use double sided tape, or other approved method to mount the door glass to the door frame. We incorporate the upper and lower snap vents, including the vent stops, which comply with AD 67-21-01, to restrict positioning of the vent to ingest carbon monoxide into the cabin. Door windows are FAA-PMA approved, and are trimmed to fit with minimal or zero trimming for installation, just as the factory door windows, with a much lower price point than what you expect from the factory prices.
