In combination with the most modern encoder technology and sophisticated image processing, real-time recordings with high resolution are achieved with excellent contrast, brilliant clarity and the highest level of color fidelity. The cameras of the 5050 series are offered in three compact and robust housing variants. The in-ceiling variant is especially designed for discreet installation in suspended ceilings. In addition, the surfacemounted variant can be mounted unobtrusively and in confined spaces on ceilings or walls. The box variant is ideally suited for installation in ATMs, gaming tables and display boards. It can also be easily integrated into a weatherproof housing for outdoor use. Resolution and Frame Rate The high resolution of the sensor and the sophisticated image processing allow real-time recordings at a frame rate of 60fps (1080p/60 @ 16:9) or up to 30fps at a resolution of 4MP. This makes the camera ideal for all applications that require the capture of very fast movements in high resolution. High Dynamic Range The camera offers an HDR function for optimal recording of scenes with very bright and dark areas. Each image is captured with two special settings that are combined in real time to create a balanced result. The resulting video stream offers much more detail in both light and dark areas and is visually very close to the human eye's perception.
