The A380 Decor Cover Panel is part of the special sidewall panel system with installed electro-mechanical window shades (EMWS), which control the darkening of the cabin. It is used as a cover for the EMWS Units and can be folded out for maintenance or cleaning purposes. Moreover, as a unique component the Decor Cover can be used for design features as well. Beside the classic coating with different foil colors, the Decor Cover can be furnished with several surfaces like wood imitation, leather or carbon look. Additionally an exclusive frame in gold, silver or a special color can be added.
