FEC Portapad offers of the strength and safety of a fixed static aluminium marine Grade 6000 helideck whilst being entirely portable. Portapad can be easily constructed and dismantled by a Four person team in Four hours, with little or no site preparation required. Supplied with adjustable legs, elevating the Portapad to 1.5 metres off the ground. A highly cost effective flexible solution with low maintenance and relocation costs.

The Port-A-Pad is currently in use with the United States Of America (U.S.A) Border Control agency where they have a network of 15 off Port-A-Pad's used as a network of remote secure landing sites.

The Port-A-Pad is used internationally by private helicopter owners, the logging industry in North America, the Oil and Gas industry in Australia, in Saudi Arabia VIP Clients use Port-A-Pad for bespoke helicopter landing solutions for private residencies, in Papua New Guinea for remote location work within the gold mining industry and most recently (November 2024) as a remote location landing platform in Puerto Toro, Navarino Island, Chile the southernmost inhabited settlement in the world and the only aluminium helipad and solar powered perimeter lighting system below the 55th parellel south.
