P210LiC Hobbing and Chamfering Machine The P210LiC Hobbing Machine with Integrated Chamfering/Deburring Unit is designed for the manufacture of large, long shafts and disc type workpieces which must meet demanding quality standards. This model can cut any profile which can be hobbed, up to a diameter of 180 mm and module 4 mm. The two-cut method in one setup (cutting – chamfering - cutting) eliminates remaining burrs in the workpiece flank and increases tool life in the subsequent hard finishing process, especially for honing.
