OverviewThe LW3 is Gravotech’s large-format Class 1 laser enclosure designed for large direct part marking. It provides secure, user-friendly operation and versatile marking modes, supporting Fiber, MOPA, Hybrid (DPSS) and Green laser technologies to mark metals and plastics with high precision.
Key features- Large marking possibilities: 3-sided automatic door and roomy internal height for parts up to 628 mm; compatible with a range of industrial laser sources.
- Versatile marking modes: single-item identification, multi-position/multi-level engraving, batch/matrix marking. Optional 3D module for sloped surfaces.
- Industry-oriented ergonomics: integrated 7-inch touchscreen for job selection and control, silent automatic door operation, heavy-duty construction, optional ZX bridge for extended travel.
- Positioning and fixturing: large metal table with rails and grooves for accurate part/fixture placement; trolley option for mobility.
Applications- Direct part marking and traceability
- Identification and serialization on large parts
- Multi-level engraving and matrix (2D) marking
- Personalization and high-volume industrial marking
