Overview
GROB pallet systems extend GROB machine modules into modular automation cells for single-machine or linked multi-machine production. Available configurations include tower storage (PSS-T), rotary pallet storage (PSS-R), linear pallet storage (PSS-L) and pallet changing devices. Systems are offered in multiple sizes and can be customised with precision set-up stations and optional integrated clamping hydraulics.

Main product families

• PSS-T (pallet tower storage system) – compact tower storage for round and square pallets; suitable for single machines or combinations of up to two machines; number of storage locations defined to customer requirements.
• PSS-R (rotary pallet storage system) – rapid pallet changes via double loading fork for high throughput; available in variants PSS-R100, PSS-R300, PSS-R450, PSS-R900, PSS-R1800; high-precision set-up station options for milling and turning; optional integrated clamping hydraulics in set-up station.
• PSS-L (linear pallet storage system) – flexible linear storage for multi-variant automated machining; configurable for single machines or linked identical machines; two or three storage levels and selectable set-up stations (e.g. PSS-L450, PSS-L900, PSS-L1450, PSS-L1800, PSS-L2700).
• Pallet changing system – rotating pallet changer transfers pallets between the set-up station and the machine workspace and clamps pallets on both the rotary table and the set-up station to enable simultaneous setup and machining.

• PSS-R100 / PSS-R300 – compact entry-level rotary solutions for small and medium batches and economical single-order production.
• PSS-R450 · PSS-R900 · PSS-R1800 – larger rotary storage variants for high throughput with precision set-up stations for milling and turning applications.
