Overview
The Haas RPL-30KG Robotic Pallet Loading System includes the Haas 30 kg capacity robot, loading station, light curtain*, pallet rack, and 3 zero point pallets (expandable to 15 pallets). Includes the Zero Point Ready option, auto window, and remote jog handle when purchased with a machine. Requires the Zero Point Ready option, auto window, and remote jog handle when purchased separately.

Notes

• The dual zero point system requires a minimum of 100 psi (6.9 bar) air pressure supplied from the machine.
• Haas Robots carry a full two-year warranty.
• *Regions requiring CE compliance receive a safety fence in place of the light curtain.

• The combined weight of the gripper assembly and part must not exceed the robot's rated payload. Exceeding the rated payload will negatively affect motion performance and safety.
