Constructed of high-quality heavy duty tubular stainless steel, with a choice of handles available to suit your fleet and requirements. The tried and tested method of pull rods to release the braking mechanism, with a butterfly brake pad that reduces wear on the wheels, the ingenious offset positioning of the pull rods reduces bending or snapping. All working to ensure maintenance and repairs are minimalised, reducing the need for frustrating maintenance and service downtime. The heavy-duty oval section steels produce greater strength from a lesser self-weight. Our baskets as standard are constructed from heavy gauge stainless steel to prevent rust to reduce the likelihood of damaging travellers belongings and are riveted into place to increase longevity and simplify maintenance. The attention to detail continues right down the nuts and bolts of the cart with all fixings now being stainless steel, ensuring that your maintenance is minimalised, yet your aesthetics are maximised. With a huge 300kg capacity we mount the cart on four high quality wheels, with a choice of quiet running non marking TPR or Natural rubber tyres, on impact resistant, polyamide centred, 180mm diameter heavy duty castors, with twin precision double ball bearings for a smooth, trouble-free ride. Everything we do, as with all out trolleys and carts, is geared around primarily safe operation with minimal service and maintenance.
