Intrudair introduce the newest EXP series for pro flyers -depends of the type- for skydive and tunnel usage. By doing the development our friend, professional freeflyer and tunnelflyer also world recorder Philip Exner has been just a great help, because with his personal advise also innovative conception and legendary german precision was controlling the whole procedure. He did testing time to time and took care of configuring even the ultra-fine details of the suit. By desiging the suit we tried to have the minimum elastic elements because the elastic material gets wear out the fastest of all the materials we have by the extremly active tunnel hard usage. We recommend to have this suit mostly for tunnel instructors, and dynamic flyers. Intudair is proud to achieve the comfortable sense while flying in the EXP, which -meantime- also allows free movements with a help of innovative 3D design and curved tailoring lines. The main material is 4-Ply taslan, with minimal Brunico VX windproof elastic fragments. The cut tightly follows the body. We reinforced the knee and elbow with cordura 1000 material, which is an extra option to have. The zipper's are YKK windproof. Intrudair takes a huge care of having strong sewing with soft smooth elaboration, so that is why the final result will be a suit which has soft fall.
