Overview
ROCO routers are solid-carbide tools engineered for high-performance composite milling. Designed to optimise cost per linear meter, the family covers burr, compression and down-cut geometries for side milling, slotting, pocketing and ramping across CFRP and multi-material stacks. The tools are available with the enhanced KCC05A grade to improve coating adhesion and extend consistent tool life.

ROCO Burr Router - Key Features

• Proprietary flute geometry improves force distribution and reduces edge chipping.

ROCO Down-Cut Router - Key Features

• Left-hand helix direction optimised for pocketing applications.
• Geometry compresses fibers downward, reducing surface delamination.
• Multi-flute designs increase chip load for higher material removal rates (MRR).
• Minimises top-side delamination when using sacrificial support material; corner chamfers improve tip strength.

KCC05A Grade

• Enhanced coating adhesion and uniform coating thickness along the tool axis for sharper edges and reduced flaking.
