Korita Aviation has designed a safety stopper system for all of our oven racks that prevents the trays from sliding out of position when the oven rack is tilted. Our key goal was to support our airline partners with the prevention of accidents and injuries occurring during inflight service. Product features Our Aluflite oven racks have a recessed top handle for ease in transportation and storage and the additional benefit of our safety stopper feature can be selected to ensure that the contents of the oven rack remain in place when the oven door is opened. Korita Aviation offers our airline partners the option to further customise their oven racks and trays with an embossed logo.
