The Martin Jetpack Full Motion Simulator combines state of the art hardware and software solutions to provide an ultra-realistic and immersive training platform. Environmental and mission simulation is possible through the building of scenarios, as is the ability to network multiple simulators together (even internationally) for complete mission rehearsal. The Flight Model used is exactly as per the real Jetpack, and so this is an essential piece of equipment for training prior to first flights and then for maintaining currency on the aircraft. All regulators will require that Jetpack operators have access to our Full Motion Simulator for training. Subject to customer and regulator requirements, this simulator can be certified as a Level D simulator. DESIGN FEATURES The Jetpack Training Simulator delivers a high-end virtual reality experience designed to be as comfortable and lightweight as possible for long flight training sessions. To achieve this, it utilises a specifically developed mathematical model of the aircraft along with six degrees-of-freedom (6DOF) motion and immersive 3D goggles.
