Panel Cut
  • Shank tools with end teeth for trimming, drilling and pocket milling of sandwich panels with composite skins.
  • Note: For sandwich panels with aluminum skins the Profile Cut series is recommended.


Skin Cut
  • PCD end mills optimized for cutting composite skins, providing clean edge quality and extended tool life.


Pot Cut
  • PCD end mills for machining panels containing potting material; engineered to handle filled cores and maintain dimensional accuracy.


Decoring Cut
  • Undercutting tools for removal of core material from composite sandwich panels.
  • Tool diameters matched to standard insert sizes for straightforward replacement and maintenance.
