Overview
Opscom for ATM is a web-based (SaaS) solution supporting Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP). The solution is compliant with authorities' requirements, including ICAO SMS Doc. 9859/2017, ICAO Doc. 4444, ICAO Annex 11 & 19, ISO 31000, (EU) 2017/373, (EU) 2015/340 and (EU) 376/2014.

Technical requirements
With SaaS (Software as a Service) there is no need for a server installation. With a stable internet connection, Opscom is up and running.

Security and stability
Opscom has a proven track record as a system provider for more than 10 years, with demanding customers. The product employs modern cybersecurity features and holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification.

Responsive design and mobility
Opscom 2 enables use on any mobile device with an easy and user-friendly interface; an offline app can be provided for added mobility.

Information management and user control
Opscom improves control of minor occurrences, hazard identification, and risk management. It provides a common platform for day-to-day operation and aerodrome safety work. There is no limitation on the number of Opscom users within the system. Data integrity is preserved and Opscom is compliant with GDPR.

Management of Change (MoC)
Opscom 2 includes a dedicated MoC module that supports the process and documentation of any management of change activity at an aerodrome, with several built-in functions to make MoC more user friendly.

Modules
Module 1, Operations
This core module for ATM and ANS / ATCO organizations includes several features:

• Equipment oversight with digital checklists and forms, integrated into SPI/KPI and management oversight (for hangar/building maintenance, safety checks, follow up of safety equipment, fire trucks, NAV equipment, airfield lightning, etc.).
• Task management.
• Roster and duty management.

Module 2, Documentation
Document module with features for publication of documents/files, digital signature for receipt, and follow-up of document publication.

• Duty journal for documentation not identified as occurrences.
• Operational occurrence log, fully customizable and user-friendly for occurrence reporting.
• Environmental reporting with statistics and oversight.

Module 3, Quality assurance
Case management, occurrence reporting and root cause identification; handles all types of reporting and supports communication with reporting groups.

• Integrated audit function with digital checklist and a custom checklist library.
• Operational compliance function for oversight of compliance-related issues.
• Management of Change (MoC) functionality to track and document planned and ongoing changes at the aerodrome.

Module 4, Safety & security
Hazard library, risk assessment and mitigation integrated with other Opscom functions to provide 360 oversight of risk management.

• Visitor journal handling access cards and security approvals.
• Training, approvals and skill oversight for personnel and operational teams, proactive feedback to employees.

Module 5, Management Dashboard
Management Dashboard (MD) is integrated in Opscom 2 and enables users to extract and organize collected information for better operational oversight, proactive risk management, and communication of safety and quality issues across all organizational levels.
