The Atak 2 is a purpose-built speedflying harness developed with top pilots to meet the specific demands of the discipline. Its lightweight, compact design makes it versatile across seasons and mission profiles.

The Pilot
Suitable for pilots from beginners to experts. Comfortable for upright kiting (groundhandling) and configurable for flight with the optional slim OzAir inflatable back cushion for additional protection during launches and training.

The Tech
Multi-season versatility in a packable layout: compact for long hike-and-fly or ski-touring ascents and low-profile in flight. Fast attachment with Ozone push-button leg-strap connectors and an easy pass-through torso buckle. Hip-height adjustments reduce strap flutter; double-back hip-tilt adjustments eliminate slippage. In-flight storage includes a rear pouch, mesh pocket for a stuff-sack and a zipped hip pocket for avalanche transponders or personal beacons. Certification: EN 1651-2017 up to 120 kg pilot weight.

Kiting and Speedriding
Leg-strap geometry keeps the harness seated on the thighs rather than riding into the groin, resolving discomfort during upright kiting and improving precision in technical terrain.

In Flight
Flexible design adapts to a wide range of body types. Low hang-points and an innovative seat geometry deliver precise weight-shift inputs and smooth transitions into the flight posture at the back of the seat pocket. Includes a minimalist speedbar system compatible with mini-wings and full-size gliders.

Protection
The OzAir inflatable back protector is an ultralight option optimised for hike-and-fly and high-wind soaring. OzAir weight: 460 g; EN impact max. peak: 31.7 g. Rapid inflation before launch provides additional protection for technical take-offs.

Developed with Baptiste Lambert and Sam Jobard and tested by top pilots. Praised for its modular light design, solution to groin discomfort, slim fit and exceptional weight-shift sensitivity. Packable layout integrates well with different backpack systems.
