PMET 980 – B50TF193 – Tribaloy® T800 welding wire for gas turbine engine blades. PMET 980 (Tribaloy® T800) is a solid hardfacing wire consisting of cobalt, molybdenum, chromium, and silicon. PMET 980 attains its oxidation, corrosion, and galling resistance from its hard laves phase which is dispersed in a softer solid solution eutectic.
