Structural Beam – rectangular shape steel profile - thickness of 3mm (80 x 40 x 3mm). The endings of beam are made of aluminum and mounted in a permanent way what prevents undedicated people from removing them. Additionally there is a metal sheet welded inside the beam so that any dangerous materials cannot be put inside. 2. Seats a) STEEL SEAT Seats are made of elliptic steel profiles 30 x 15mm connected to the perforated metal sheet. The perforation diameter is 5mm or 7mm according to the European safety standards what guarantees easiness in maintenance ( hard to put the gum or rests of food inside). It is possible to choose between the seat shell with gap between seat or backrest or without – the size of the gap is up to the Customer. The scope of dimensions is visible in technical drawings for a given model in Catalogue. It is possible to choose the version with plain metal sheet with no perforation. The proposed type of seat is: 1. Komfort (545mm – upper back support) The seats are mounted with the use of special steel fixing (2 special tempered bolts through structural beam) with span according to client’s preferences. The screws are invisible for the users. It is definetly the most beneficial way of assembly as it guarantees the great conformity and easiness in assembly and service. (FLY II) The seats are equipped with modular class one upholstery pads for seats and backrest made of class 1 artificial leather with or without horizontal sewings, available in all colors.
