Description

Accepts 16 or 32 electrical channels +/- 20mV up to +/- 10Vdc Scans electrical signals at 20 kHz Selectable gains of 1, 10, 100, and 1000 Compatible with all ZOC pressure scanners and ERAD4000 and DSM4000 pressure data systems Application The ZOCEIM is designed to be used in the confined space in wind tunnel models. It is small in size and comes with a mounting bracket that makes it easy to install. It can also accept input signals from signal conditioned thermocouples, RTD, strain gauges, or individual transducers for pressure, RPM, etc. It can be mixed with other ZOC pressure scanning modules within a system. The ZOCEIM is designed to be used in conjunction with Scanivalve’s Ethernet-based ERAD4000 or DSM4000 pressure measurement systems. The ZOCEIM can also be used with a customer’s “in-house” data systems. Overview The ZOCEIM is designed to multiplex and amplify up to 16 or 32 differential analog inputs. The analog inputs are multiplexed and then fed into an instrument grade amplifier. The amplifier’s selectable gain is factory set at 1, 10, 100, or 1000 and can be reset in the field. An additional circuit may be factory installed to provide an excitation voltage for strain gauges, RTD’s, or pressure transducers. This circuit will provide a +5Vdc at 50 mA, or optional excitation voltages of 7 and 10 volts on special order. The ZOCEIM utilizes the same 15 pin electrical connector as the ZOC pressure scanners.
