Quantum Imaging’s QI-SCD15-M1 is a small, rugged SWIR VGA-resolution camera featuring low read noise and very high sensitivity and uniformity. The camera features the industry's best 640 x 512 InGaAs FPA with 15 um pixels. Unique to the QI-SCD15-M1 is a highly functional Asynchronous Laser Pulse Detection (ALPD) option allowing detection of pulsed lasers in sunny, outdoor environments. Operating in the frequency space, the ALPD circuit has proven to be the most effective method for seeing asynchronous pulsed lasers in the scene. The standard QI-SCD15-M1 can be ordered in 900-1700 nm versions, or visible-SWIR versions with 500-1700 nm sensitivity. The camera supports C-mount or M42 mount SWIR or other lenses.
