Description

The IONSCAN 500DT is a highly sensitive desktop trace detector used to accurately detect and identify a wide range of military, commercial and homemade explosives threats and common illegal/controlled narcotics. By incorporating two Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) detector modules into a single unit, detection is perfectly optimised and balanced for different sample types. Analysis results can be stored directly on the detector, or printed out with the built-in printer, or exported via the USB port. A compact X-ray scanner, the HI-SCAN 5030C features the proven HiTraX 3 electronics and software platform to enhance and expedite security screening operations. It produces reliable and easy-to-interpret scanned images enabling screening personnel to make threat and contraband assessment of parcels to personal items quickly and confidently. The HI-SCAN 5030C is available as a stationary desktop scanner or as a mobile version on wheels featuring vibration shock absorbers and a storage compartment. The system's lightweight design allows it to be transported through standard doorways and into confined spaces, onto vehicles for temporary screening applications or integrated into existing checkpoints without the need for costly infrastructure investments. Other key features include a large display screen and keyboard with advanced image manipulation and review functions. A range of optional software capabilities further functionality including extra image storage availability and analysis support.
