Description
TecScan’s NDT Ultrasonic Gantry Systems are industrial Squirter scanners designed for non-destructive quality testing and raster scanning of large structures and parts. The Gantry Systems use water jet coupling and are usually composed of an Industrial Mechanical Scanner and a Control Room with System Workstation.The mechanical scanner is a large industrial Cartesian coordinate robot which can accommodate up to 12 independent axes. The structure is made of structural steel components (Steel tube, I-Beams, Steel Plate, etc) welded together for increased rigidity. The Control Room includes all the Gantry electronic components and it is designed to host two system users for system control and data analysis.
