TIMET offers plate in a broad range of gauges for standard TIMETAL CP and TIMETAL 6Al-4V applications in addition to supplying higher-performance alloys like TIMETAL 6242 and specialty alloys. For example, TIMET collaborated wtih the U.S. Navy to develop TIMETAL 5111 for critical corrosion-resistant naval applications. TIMET stocks plate product in our service centers globally to allow for quick turnaround of orders. Additional value is provided through basic machining, water jet cutting and nesting plate product, saving our customers time and money.
