We have developed an ergonomic, intuitive and user-friendly solution that greatly reduces the risk of strain and injury caused by heavy-lifting tasks. STACK@EASE helps operators to load containers (ULDs) and carts more productively by minimising their physical workload. Calculations show that using our solution reduces risks by 75%, leading to: a higher capacity per operator shorter scheduled break times fewer sick leave days and less need for temporary staff. STACK@EASE also features an optional wireless overhead RFID scanning functionality for efficient baggage reconciliation.
