The clamping without a set screw allows fast head changes, reduces downtime and improves overall accuracy. The design eliminates the need for a pilot drill regardless of material, reducing both inventory and cycle time.
Reinforced lips and the supporting land reduce wear. The optimized flute geometry, equipped with two internal coolant holes, improves chip evacuation, hole quality and process safety.
