WGSJT7 series Container/Pallet Loaders are self-propelled models with hydraulic steering, front axle drive and hydraustatic system. The loaders are capable of reaching aircraft sills of max. height of 5,600mm, and loading cargoes of up to 7,500kg. The units are capable of loading one pallet(3,175mm×2,438mm), or two ULDs (LD-3) at one time. Features Helix rollers, allowing loading cargoes from side and rear; Modular design; Adjustable driver’s cab; Six stabilizers, in the front, middle and rear of the unit; Main platform adjustment; Swing-out engine compartment; Main platform and bridge platform aligning system; Guiding rail and folding tray. Safety High coolant temperature protection; Low engine oil pressure protection; Functional Interlock system between driving and cargo handling; Buzzer alarms while lifting and lowering platforms; The indicator on the control panel illuminates when stabilizers are not fully retracted; Platform cannot be lifted until stabilizers are fully extended; Electric pump and hand pump for emergency evacuation.
