Description

The new ShockEvent D with its static test chamber is ideally suited for vibration-sensitive measuring technology and sensor technology as well as for active test material that is to be temperature-shocked without further influences. The special feature of the damper shock method is its static test chamber. Tempered hot and cold air is generated in chambers above and below the test chamber. The user allows the air to flow into the test material via dampers. The test material is shocked by abrupt temperature changes in the stationary test chamber within a very short time (2-zones). It is possible to let ambient air flow in. This offers more flexibility for the test scenarios (3-zones). With its static test chamber, the damper shock is ideally suited for vibration-sensitive measuring technology and sensor technology as well as for active test material that is to be shocked without further influences. It meets the requirements of standardised temperature stress tests such as IEC 60068-2-14, the Japanese standards JASO D-014-4 and EIAJ ED-2531B Na and various degrees of severity of MIL-STD-883H and 202G. weisstechnik offers its damper shock either with the refrigerants R-23 or with the new R-469A, which has been awarded the German Innovation Award. With a GWP of only 1,357, R-469A complies with the F-Gas regulation from 2030 and achieves a reduction of the CO2 equivalent of over 90% compared to R-23.
