Description

Developed for the specifics of intensive off-fields and low-speed flight, the iFun XL is the logical continuation of the iFun family which offers a unique speed range for wings with external cross-bars. This family of pressurized double surface wings combining simplicity and performance is a real commercial success. The iFun XL was born out of very particular specifications. Ils "butterfly" shape optimizes the distribution of lift over the wingspan. Ils construction has ils roots in the technologies developed for the BioniX2 and NuviX. Despite ils minimum weight (49 kg), the structural resistance of the iFun XL allows a maximum tak-off weight of 475 kg ... For precise and effortless handling, the iFun XL is fitted as standard with the « Easy Grip » control bar that offers optimal comfort al ail speeds and perfect control in ail conditions. Ils ergonomies limit chest movements for pitch control and provide lateral support for roll. With its 18.5 m2, the XL has a large capacity for slow flights and ils glide ratio allows il to keep level flight with very little power. The turbulators placed behind the leading edge of the central part of the wing delay the stall and allow perfect control al very low speed for slow approaches in perfect safety.
