Description

Overview
EngiMaster is a compact and streamlined EIS designed for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically to suit all panels and fits in small cockpits thanks to its light weight and compact dimensions. It is compatible with injected and naturally aspirated Rotax engines and can be interfaced with almost all engines on the market. With its 4.3" screen it can display up to 6 EGTs and 6 CHTs. Engine data are sampled 20 times per second. EngiMaster offers a wide range of optional features, displayed in three easily accessible screens.

Available versions
  • EngiMaster Fixed Wing - Horizontal (Cod. 661000FH)
  • EngiMaster Fixed Wing - Vertical (Cod. 661000FV)
  • EngiMaster Rotary Wing - Horizontal (Cod. 661000RH)
  • EngiMaster Rotary Wing - Vertical (Cod. 661000RV)

Main screens
  • Main screen: Rotor RPM, Engine RPM, MAP, oil pressure and temperature, coolant temperature, EGTs, CHTs, fuel pressure and quantity.
  • Second screen: Volt, Amp, IAT and OAT gauges, and Hobbs meters measures.
  • Third screen (datalogger): data viewer that allows scrolling through all the engine and optional probes collected data.

Functions
  • Engine functions: Engine RPM, Rotor RPM, MAP with integrated sensor, oil pressure, oil temperature, 6 CHT inputs, 6 EGT inputs, fuel pressure, OAT (Outside Air Temperature), CAT (Carburetor/AirBox Air Temperature), voltmeter, amperometer, hour-meter (divided by green/yellow/red zones), peak engine/rotor RPM memories (last flight peak and max ever), flight chronometer, local time-UTC (GPS required), 3 composite video inputs, 2 inputs for remote switches.
  • Fuel management: Fuel computer (fuel flow, endurance, remaining fuel, burned fuel, range and reserve at destination) with alarms for remaining fuel, time to empty and tank balancing. Fuel Computer functions require an optional Fuel Computer Activation Key (cod. 661055). 3 fuel level sensor inputs with calibration for capacitive and resistive senders.
  • Other functions: 200 hours data logger with integrated Graphic Data Viewer and possibility to export data; software upgradable via USB pen drive; data sampling rate 20 Hz.
  • Alarms: Engine alarms activate when measurements are out of range and can be displayed and output as audio tone or voice alert.
