Vehicle overview
Garsite avgas refueler with 1,000 U.S. gallon aluminum tank, fully baffled single compartment, overturn protection, 20-inch manhole with 10-inch fill, and pressure-vacuum vents. Isuzu NPR HD chassis with gasoline engine and automatic transmission (diesel and cab-over options available). Dispensing system
Standard 20 GPM dispensing system with one multi-wrap overwing reel and electric rewind built to NFPA 407. Dispensing module fabricated from stainless steel and located directly behind the driver’s cabin.

• Dispensing module positioned behind cab for easy service access

Pump
PTO-driven positive-displacement pump; pump pressure gauge; Schultz differential pressure gauge with test valve; interlock and emergency shutdown systems; master disconnect switch; static grounding reel; two 20 lb fire extinguishers.

Filter / monitor
20 GPM / 150 LPM filter/monitor with built-in differential gauge, air eliminator and pressure relief.

Meter
TCS meter with TCS3000 electronic register head; TCS cellular modem available as an option.

Hose reel
Reel sized for 1½" x 50' hose with non‑ferrous internals, explosion-proof electric rewind motor and auxiliary manual rewind. Shut-off valve installed immediately upstream of reel.

Hose
One 1" x 50' aviation fueling hose with N/R male couplings, certified to API 1529.

Nozzle
One avgas overwing nozzle with swivel and 100 mesh strainer (OPW 295SA0135 specified for main hose).

Bottom loading
Jet level sensor control for automatic high-level shut-off with precheck. Adapter and dust cap specified per loading facility. Shut-off valve supplied immediately downstream of bottom-load adapter.

Piping
Schedule 10 aluminum piping rated to 150 PSI working pressure.

Ladder brackets
Mounted on rear bumper.

Test
Flow tested with fuel to verify performance meets rated specifications.

Finish
Cab painted factory white; polished aluminum tank; equipment painted silver.

Safety features
Static grounding reel with 50' cable and bonding clamp; brake interlock system; emergency shutdown; two 20 lb fire extinguishers.

Compliance
Designed to meet applicable NFPA 407 and NFPA 385 codes. Complies with ATA-103 requirements.
