- Shenling has developed and patented an aircraft air duct specifically engineered for use with Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) units. The duct is designed for durable operation and energy-efficient delivery of conditioned air for both heating and cooling.

- Ultra-low air leakage rate to minimize energy loss (patented design).
- Very low cooling loss rate to preserve the delivered air temperature along the duct.
- Abrasion-resistant external scuff/wear strips to withstand frequent handling and harsh ramp conditions.
- Optional automatic hose retriever (hose reel) for motorized extension and retraction.
Performance and Benefits
- Compact, insulated and flexible construction allows delivery of both heating and cooling air.
- When not in use, the duct can be flattened and rolled for space-saving storage on the apron.
- The patented design significantly reduces energy loss during air delivery, lowering cooling losses along the duct and maintaining the target cabin supply temperature.
- Compared with traditional PCA ducts, the Shenling design reduces air leakage and thermal losses, improving PCA system energy efficiency and lowering operating costs.
