Lygarion is HENSOLDT’s family of wideband and narrowband, line-of-sight data link solutions that provides an AI-powered framework to integrate, manage and analyse data from multiple sources. It enables secure exchange of mission data (real-time video and voice) and command-and-control transmission between ISR airborne platforms (RPAS, MALE, UAV, OPA, VTOL and mission helicopters), maritime platforms and deployable ground-based control stations. Lygarion leverages AI and machine learning to provide real-time analytics that support detection of patterns, identification of threats and rapid decision-making.

The challenge
