Overview
PC-DMIS FUSION is Hexagon's reporting and analytics application for PC-DMIS users, converting measurement data into real-time information, visualisation, insights and SPC analysis. Data synchronises automatically from PC-DMIS, and reports are launched from the PC-DMIS home screen with a single click.

Key concepts
PC-DMIS FUSION provides persona-based reports presenting relevant information to the CMM operator, metrology engineer, quality manager or production manager. It supports activities from reviewing a single shop-floor measurement to monitoring a process across shifts and performing statistical analysis on production populations. FUSION combines speed, simplicity and analytical depth to shift quality teams from reactive inspection to predictive quality management.

User experience
A modern, intuitive interface and user-driven workflows give operators, engineers and managers fast access to the data they need. Work with dimensional data in an interactive reporting environment: sort, filter and drill into results, switch between text and CAD views, and view part summaries, insights and event logs alongside numeric results.

Deployment
FUSION installs alongside PC-DMIS and stores measurement data on local hardware. It is designed to operate without an internet connection or cloud account, keeping measurement data on your own systems.
