HITEC Luxembourg Dynamic Information Sharing Platform (DISP®) software is an efficient and interactive solution to obtain situational awareness and ensure people and resources safety. DISP® allows one to: Remotely coordinate missions and collaborate with users Organize and manage people and resources Track and trace different important situational information (GPS devices from numerous manufacturers supported by DISP) Collect real-time information for coordination purposes Monitor people movement to ensure safety and security Report & assess situations Create alerts The Dynamic Information Sharing Platform offers the public safety and humanitarian community an efficient and interactive solution to obtain situational awareness. DISP® links different end-devices (smartphones, sensors, tablets, PCs) to a common platform for exchanging rich information (video, picture, sensor information, localisation…) to increase situational awareness. DISP can be used in a control room (command centers) as a web-based application that gathers and restores information acquired by assets in the field (mobile units). The exchanged data is stored centrally and safely in the HQ and on satellite terminals (e.g. NM-SatCom®) to create resiliency and security in a distributed and highly mobile environment. DISP offers multiple services such as map assessment with pictures and videos, which are displayed and geotagged on the map. Users can be tracked, traced and notified if they enter a danger zone or exit a safe zone. Danger and/or safe zones can be directly drawn on the map. Search zones can be defined and transmitted to the smartphone too.
