Main features of InSIGHT Because of the different locations in airports where passengers need accurate information and the diversity of devices deployed throughout the airport, customization is the key aspect to consider when selecting an FIDS for an airport. The system should be compatible with the passenger information provided at the check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage claim areas and throughout the terminal using different information displays. The main InSIGHT modules that meet all the needs of a passenger information system are as follows: CORE: enables the distribution of information to the graphical devices deployed at the airport, according to the template and the configuration information. Administration and Security: the operator can configure the entire system, from the physical devices deployed at the airport to the logical airport areas where the devices are installed. This module also makes it possible to define the scheduling to be applied to the display devices, where the templates and the number of times they appear / disappear are defined. The system is protected and only authorized persons have access. InSIGHT template editing and design module: this service enables the administrator to define the templates that can be applied to any physical device (including templates for LED panels). The tool provides the administrator with a palette of components (texts, tables, images, videos, weather forecasts, etc.) to create the free-form template.
