LEKTRO 88 tow tractors can move aircraft with an MTOW up to 54,432kg (120,000 lbs), making them ideal for pushbacks and towing regional jets and turboprop aircraft. They are also extremely versatile for being able to tow a wide range of business aircraft, and are suitable for FBOs and corporate flight departments worldwide. Aircraft nose gear are secured using a soft strap and cradle system, which eliminates tow bars and is far less complex and easier to maintain than capture systems on most other towbarless tractors. Electric power and a tight turning radius makes the LEKTRO 88 the preferred tow tractor for regional airline and business aviation operations. Diesel/electric hybrid options available for extended use applications and torque-sensing turntable lift cradle available for airline applications.
