Product overview
The LTG Compact Drum Filter CDF is designed for fine filtration of dust from the primary air stream. Air passes through stationary filter drums from the inside to the outside and is continuously extracted by suction nozzles that contact the filter surface. The nozzles perform a rotational and superimposed translational movement to ensure complete extraction of the drum surface. The separated dust is conveyed by a secondary-circuit fan to a separator and removed from the process. All functional components and drive parts are located in the housing on the clean-gas side for improved accessibility and operational safety.

Additional technical notes

• Multiple CDF units can be arranged modularly side-by-side and stacked to meet higher air volume requirements.
• As part of the modular LTG filter system, the CDF can be combined with the TVM-CDF pre-filter.
• A high-temperature CDF-t version is available for elevated process temperatures.
